NETA will advise you on all matters from funding to health and safety and will provide access to information and resources that may be of use.  NETA will support you and your apprentice through the entire apprenticeship programme.

 

We will work with you to:

• Identify suitable candidates
• Identify existing employees who may benefit from taking part in a learning programme
• Plan and design learning programmes to meet your needs and those of the individual for their specific role in your organisation
• Provide off-the-job training to support the learning which is taking place in the workplace
• Work with the National Awarding Bodies, such as City & Guilds, to award Nationally recognised qualifications (NVQs) to learners
• Provide ongoing support to learning to you and your staff in all respects of the above.
