“The feedback from the students and response from other Year 9 pupils in class and around the school has been tremendous. This was reflected by the enquiries from pupils and parents at our Year 9 option evening.

“If the pupils opting for engineering this year mirrors the responses next year it will create a timetabling nightmare or result in a number of disappointed children, but this is a problem I am happy to deal with.”
