Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.

 

  

The Training Quality Standard (TQS) is a voluntary assessment and accreditation process, which has been designed to reflect employers’ priorities and expectations in sourcing training, and the practices of the organisations proven to be the best at delivering them.

 

 

Bureau Veritas (formaly know as BVQI) is the awarding body for NETA's ISO9000 series quality system.

 

 Framework for excellence logo

Framework for Excellence provides a means for training providers to measure themselves against standards of excellence, in Responsiveness, Effectiveness and Finance. It will apply to all FE colleges and work-based learning providers from September 2008, and it will be operational across the whole FE sector from September 2009.

 

 

The Matrix Standard is the national quality standard for any organisation that delivers information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work.

 

The symbol is a recognition given by Jobcentre Plus to employers who have agreed to make certain positive commitments regarding the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled people.
